"The absolute highlight of our honeymoon was on the pirate ship “Sinbad” - an unforgettable day that we will remember for a long time! As soon as we booked we had the feeling that we had booked something very special. Joe and Soraida, the owners and hosts of this tour, are simply extraordinary people who made the day perfect and very personal for us.

Joe, a seasoned captain with decades of seafaring experience, built the ship himself, and not just from off-the-shelf materials. He used driftwood and even an old ship's lamp, giving Sinbad an authentic, lifelike pirate feel. The love and passion he puts into his work is felt in every detail. As soon as you step aboard, you'll be immersed in another world - and that's what makes this tour so unique.

Our day on the “Sinbad” started with cool drinks, warm conversations and funny anecdotes from Joe and Soraida’s life. Together they managed to treat us not just as guests, but almost as old friends. We heard so many exciting stories and as a young couple we also learned some wisdom from life that really inspired us. They focused on making sure we really enjoyed every moment and always kept an eye on us to make sure everything was okay.

A special highlight of the day was the trip to a wreck that we could explore while snorkeling. Anyone who loves the sea and adventure will definitely get their money's worth here! But that was not all: Joe even took us to a spot where we could watch dolphins. These moments were simply magical and would have made the day complete.

But it goes even further: on the ship we got freshly baked pizza with toppings according to our wishes - whether it was fish, meat or vegetables, it was all there. While the pizzas were baking in the oven, we used some dough to attract fish and had an even more intense snorkeling experience. The pizza was incredibly delicious and with the sea around us it was an experience like no other.

After the tour was over, Soraida even helped us arrange a taxi. In Curacao that is not always easy, but for Joe and Soraida it was a given that we could comfortably stay on board with a drink until our taxi arrived.

This day was not only one of the most beautiful of our honeymoon, but also one of the best of our lives! The Sinbad is more than a pirate ship; it is a place full of heart and soul. Whoever wants to experience this day can look forward to a perfect mix of adventure, relaxation and genuine warmth. This tour is a must for anyone who is not only looking for fun, but also for encounters that will warm their hearts. Joe and Soraida are people who enrich lives – and not just for a few hours.
